I like everyone who dares to be different and builds an Ertai list.

Good work here. A lot of good value engines.

Some other helpful Untap tools.

Tidewater Minion, Illusionist’s Bracers, and Thornbite Staff.

As far as raw value goes even if its just the ability to squeeze out a second counter before your turn comes back around in multiplayer. This is a VERY strong deterrent and annoying as hell for your opponents. However, there are ways to make some pretty crazy loops for our buddy.

A few notables that are extremely effective:

Illusionist’s bracers + Tidewater Minion - inf mana, and inf Ertai untaps.

Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal is also inf mana and inf Ertai untaps with a few good mana rocks.

Paradox Engine + Havengul Lich plus a few good quality mana rocks is a full blown lock-out.

I found a very interesting Card in your Ertai-Deck as well - Adarkar Valkyrie!

I will consider to put it in mine too. Another card I want to install and would like to suggest you is Lullmage Mentor! That is a nice Combo with Ertai as well, I think!

I will probably change it with Thada Adel.

Well would you look at that. Karmic Guide and Reveillark, and Sun Titan target for protection in the form of recursion as well.

Hmmm. Definitely worth going over the list to see how I can squize him in. It’s definitely a good value card.
