Hi, consider adding at least 2x Renata and at least 3x Barkhide Troll. Renata can be allower for Great Hange, and trolls are nice target for hydra's growth because they can remove counters to be hexproof. You can swap out Leefkin Druids and Wildwood Trackers. And why do you play Fabled Passage in mono deck? Wouldn't Castle Garenbrig be better? Maybe inspire yourself with my own mono green, it works nicely vs aggro and often can outlast controll.
