Phenax Commander Mill / Reanimation

Mill deck with sub theme Reanimation/Copy/Life drain. The aim is to mill the opponents while having good creatures on the board. It is also possible to kill opponents by draining their life and attacking them. Phenax is not mandatory on the board to win, but is a good help to mill faster.

I want to play mill but not a mono blue one, and Phenax Mill/Wall deck is to passive for me. Thank you to give your feedback on this deck and tell me if there are some cards to be changed to have a more consistent deck.
