Hmm.. what about Charcoal Diamond, Fellwar Stone and Bontu's Monument? They could speed up the Deck a little.
Since you're playing tribe, Kindred Dominance and Vanquisher's Banner could be interesting.

Then im not sure about Taste of Blood and Alms of the Vein. For me they have to little impact in EDH. Grisly Spectacle seems a little strange in this deck, since your not aiming for mill.

About your Creature Removal: What about Curtains' Call and Tragic Slip?

Nirkana Revenant could be interesting for your deck, even if shes a little expensive mana wise. combined with Liliana of the Dark Realms she could produce ALOT of mana (even without Lili's emblem). This could be used for Torment of Hellfire as finisher.

Beseech the Queen could also come handy as second Tutor.

If you're making a tribal vampire deck. You might as well play Edgar Markov as your commander. Unless you're making a mono black tribal vampire, then he's a good commander.
