Just looking over the list, I realized that there are a ton of cards in modern that do the same things that you are looking to do with this deck for cheaper costs. For instance lightning bolt is just strictly better than lightning strike. I would suggest using scryfall to find out all the options that you have. Modern is a fast format and the card pool is huge. You wanna be as low to the ground with your mana curve as possible. However if this is a deck that you built out of cards that you currently own or are building on a budget then disregard my comments. I love playing tier 2-3 decks and budget builds. Nothing makes you feel better than beating a tier deck with a homebrew just because you are a better magic player!
