Oasis Ritualist + Freed from the Real

This is my first post so be gently 

So I came up with this idea recently concerning Oasis Ritualist and freed from the real... If I'm not wrong those two cards together create an infinite mana loop right?

I was thinking about creating a MODERN deck around it. But I'm not quite sure how. I know that it will not be competetive at all

In my opinion there are only two ways to do it currently: either go full Control focusing more on the blue side of the deck (or even splash red or white for removal?) or go full ramp on the green side of the deck to get it running on turn 4.

Commune with the gods, Serum visions and anticipate are decent digging spells to find the combo pieces.

You generic finishers would be blue sun's zenith, banefire and sorts.

How would you approach this kind of deck?

I'm just not sure about what to build around the combo, since im only plaing EDH.

Bloom Tender only taps for the color among permanents you control. With just Freed from the Real, it gives you infinite green only. Furthermore, you can never get infinite blue.
