Favorite creature type in MTG?

So what is your favorite creature type in Magic and why?

Mine is Zombies. I love the thought of running over people with an undead swarm. Probably started with TWD comics back in the day all the way in 2003. One of my favorite all-time cards is Zombie Master. Not really a super powerful card compared to many of todays creatures, but it just always stuck with me. Frankenstein's Monster was another I fell in love with for some odd reason.

I use to love me some Hydras, but the last ones I really liked were Primordial Hydra and Kalonian Hydra. Polukranos, World Eater was decent, and Hooded Hydra & Managorger Hydra had a place in some decks, but Primordial and Kalonian were my jam back in the day.

I don't have a favorite per say but when I first started playing I wanted to make a tribal deck. I chose insects, with full intent on having an insect deck. Many years later that hasn't happened but that would be it if I had to get a favorite. I am not talking about spiders and other creepy crawlies either the creature(s) actually had to be insect types on the cards themselves.

I really like goblins. Horde tactics are fun, and they boast some of the best flavor text.

When I first started Magic, I really loved Merfolk. Then, I opened a Dominaria booster with Marwyn, The Nurturer in it. I threw together an Elf Commander deck, and elves became my favorite tribe. Humans are pretty fun, too. I like them with Falkenrath Aristocrat in an aristocrat-type deck.

My favourite combination of creature types though is Dragon Wizard. I'm an Izzet nerd.
