Have you give some thought about Firebrand Archer instead of Alchemist? It triggers from the artifacts you're running and can potentially attack.

I really like this deck! I would definitely switch Negate for 4x Counterspell though. You have 13 blue sources so the double blue shouldn't be an issue.
Maybe SB options: Deprive, Essence Scatter or Dispel.
