A quite budget version of "charm tribal" Ramos.
Manabase include all gates and trilands, which all come tapped but keep budget low...

Hybrid spellslinger/charm tribal

Basic goal :
Ramp in the early turns, get Ramos out
Protect it with charms/counterspells
Win through sheer spell number, or Conflux/Time Stretch/Seasons Past infinite turns combos.

Other wincons may steal an unexpected win:  Maze's End, Door to Nothingness, Simic Ascendancy
Deadeye Navigator paired with Ramos allows to use is last ability several times a turn.
