I think you can cut Sram's Expertise for thoughtcast. I get that the deck wants to go wide for Dovin, but aggro needs card draw and I think its worth it to lose a bit of tokens for cheap card draw. And its not expensive at all to add, so you will still be in your budget

Your thought is correct, but i really love Sram's Expertise because it helps me go wide and it allows me to play a free card from my hand, indeed all the other cards of the deck cost 3 or less.
Now i'm building the sideboard and for sure i will put some copies of Thoughtcast.
