I think you got too much small creatures, you should add ramp and maybe Gaea's blessing and Root Snare...
Add more Gruul Spellbreaker if you can cause hexproof is good against blue...

Just consider that the Esper playing in front of is move about tempo/discard than counterspells.

So this Gruul may have a chance,  but deathtouch creatures and flyers are a pain.
I'm thinking about adding the 2/3 2{GR] elfe warrior that has reach (don't remember the name).
8 spells removal + trample creatures looks good enough to get rid of deathtouch creatures (x4).

Previously it was Izzet drakes vs Golgari midrange/undergrowth, now it is Gruul midrange vs Esper midrange.
I'm sure we will have fun in this context !

The biggest issue is the manabase with only 2 rare lands ^^
(Deck constraints are 3 single mythics and 9 single rares).
