Would Like Help With a Mardu Hero of Precinct One Aristocrats Deck (Standard)

Main Questions are:
1. What would be a better sideboard?
2. Should I include more removal mainboard?
3. I had the crazy idea of running Fiery Cannonade to kill my entire board to one-shot the opponent. Would it actually be crazy to pop a Revival // Revenge out for 1x of Fiery Cannonade?
3. I swapped out Theater of Horrors for Midnight Reaper because I have plenty of multicolored spells (24 to be exact) and Midnight Reaper works with Teysa Karlov. Also, this deck has a lot of life gain, so dying to self-shocks is quite unlikely. Is my thinking correct?
4. Is Teysa Karlov good enough to include in this deck now?
5. What is the deck's overall power level?
It is missing a free sac outlet, but one can hope that one will be spoiled. I actually decided to build this version of this when I saw Cruel Celebrant spoiled because it works with tokens, unlike Judith, and works with Teysa Karlov.
