Fun, I've been wanting to construct something like this, but since I've already got two R/W decks I've not gotten around to it.  A few budget suggestions to address a few weak spots: Drop Myriad Landscape for Battlefield Forge, it will be faster and the life loss won't do much to you.  Add some stuff that hits all players, like Price of Progress, or Acidic Soil.  Some cheap 2 drop mana rocks like Boros Signet or Felwar Stone would improve your curve, and give you some much needed mana.  Card draw is a bit limited for R/W, but Gift of Estates, Light up the Stage, and Well of Lost Dreams all seem like good fits.  Finally, a finisher like Aetherflux Reservoir would allow you to close out games.
