Helm of Awakening is another cost reducer, and Locust God makes an army if you don't mind the higher CMC.

I love omniscience in my Jhoira deck. If it resolves you'll basically be able to play your entire library. I'd also get a couple of the Niv-Mizzets in there too, so you can weaponize her card draw.
