You have too much mean to discard, at some point, you're opponent is just gonna have a hand of land, or of nothing at all, there's no point to make him discard then.
Cut the count of
Raiders wake, too pricy, and useless since you only have two real creature that can attack with this version.
Divest is too picky.
You should add some
Pilfering Imp to trigger Raider's Wake and your spectacle cost.
You're trying to do a budget version, but Haunt of Hightower isn't really pricy, consider putting 2 or 3 at least. He's so good in your kind of deck.
Finally, consider adding some removal (
ob nixilis's cruelty is a common).
