Are you sure you want to play Blossoming Sands? If I take a look at your mana base, I think there is no reason to play this crap.
In stead of Bojuka Bog I prefere Scavenger Grounds. Its waaaaay more flexible, and you usually never have bojuka bog in your hand if you need it, because you haven't drawn it until then, or you've played it for the mana.
Speedwise it could also be interesting to go down to 36 lands and add the 3 signets in stead.

Since your commander allows you to play creatures out of your graveyard, what about Diabolic Intent in stead of Diabolic Tutor?

Why Gift of Paradise? Unless you need the life, I would play Darksteel Ingot or Coalition Relic instead.
