Is there any way you could add a Blade of Selves? Being able to attack an (idelly defenseless) enemy to pop multiple copies (and thus trigger that many ETB effects that can each be doubled/tripled by Yarok and/or Panharmonicon) is one of the easiest ways of re-triggering the ETB effects of a creature that's already in play, no?

I've tried it. It's too much mana if you want to cast and equip it the same turn as a surprise, and a bit slow (and obvious) if you don't. But I may be wrong and play it again, I'm still testing.

I'm going to add Helm of the Host again, and also Spark Double, both to copy Yarok despite it being legendary.

Revision 8

Added/removed cards:
-1 Bramble Sovereign
-1 Gonti, Lord of Luxury
-1 Krosan Grip
+1 Helm of the Host
+1 Hostage Taker
+1 Spark Double

Have you been playtesting? How has it been? How often have you untapped with Yarok?

I've been playtesting several times. The deck draws little atention of the opponents because of the creatures affecting the board only on the ETB and then being just small blockers. Then eventually it wins by surprise, I won once by doubling the effect of God-Eternal Rhonas and a couple of creatures.
Yarok does not eat a lot of removal, but that's because my opponents tend to play commanders more dangerous  than Yarok, so it's not usually a kill-on-sight.
At the end of the day, the ETB I abuse the most is Spellseeker. Too bad she can't search for Fabricate though.

Looks like you can only grab 4 spells out of the deck

How about Displace?

Displace and Illusionist's Stratagem are good options. I had them both but I think 4 blink options are good enough (Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Deadeye Navigator, Ghostly Flicker, Conjurer's Closet). Maybe I could use less removal and more blink effects.

Thanks for your comment :)

Think I'm going to add Bonds of Mortality - card draw plus answers to some of the decks I play against

That's a great addition. Consider also Kenrith's Transformation.
