Interesting deck, I have one similar but it focuses more on +1/+1 counters under the name of underworld vampires. Some other cards to consider would be stensia masquerade, drana, cordial vampire, and rakish heir. I can't wait til sorin's new form comes out in M20, that will be a great addition for my vampires.

Cordial Vampire is on my watchlist, got some flex slots on Mirri and the likes. But I'm trying to focus the build under Unearth's cost. Still a work in progress, but thanks for the tips, they're very welcome :D

Idk whether or not to be amused or upset that “can’t be blocked by humans” is actually relevant text in modern.

Cordial is amazing. Play 4. 4 dreadbore seems a little excessive because it is sorcery speed

Made a few changes, as well as adding a full Sideboard. Further ideas are welcome :D
