Other cards you might consider: Animist's Awakening; Aria of Flame; Awakening; Cloud Key; Curious Homunculus; Djinn Illuminatus; Followed Footsteps; Forest; Island; Jaya Ballard; Geolectrode; Grapeshot; Helm of the Host; Will Kenrith; Mountain; Melek, Izzet Paragon; The Mirari Conjecture; Mizzix of the Izmagus; Nissa's Pilgrimage; any Niv-Mizzet; Precognition Field; Primal Amulet; Ral, Izzet Viceroy; Ral, Storm Conduit; Refuse // Cooperate; Riku of Two Reflections; Sentinel Tower; Spellweaver Volute; Sphinx of the Final Word; Thermo-Alchemist

The main weakness of this deck is if an opponent manages to give oneself hexproof. There are a few creatures which ping all opponents and a few counterspells, but if they have counters themselves and removal, then uh-oh. One could throw in alternate win conditions (Laboratory Maniac/Thassa's Oracle or mill (synergises nicely with this deck)), more counterspells, more all opponents damage or removal (red for creatures and artifacts; green for artifacts and enchantments.)
