Scourge of Skola Vale is a creature that I have never considered for this kind of strategy ...nice pick ....i will try it instead of my Paragon of Eternal Wilds

It's a cool card to use, because let's say your Jarad gets targeted by a Doom Blade or Hero's Downfall.  You can tap Scourge in response to sacrifice it and give all the counters to it, because it was going  to die either way, so might as well play to your advantage
