Simic Guildgate could be replaced with Hinterland Harbor, besides that the land base looks solid. If you want to improve it future, you could replace Terramorphic Expanse with Ash Barrens or Prismatic Vista (depending on budget).

What about Long-Term Plans? It allows you to fetch any card (which also means you don't need to reveal it) and with your card draw, you negate the downside that the card is put on third position of your library.
