I'd propose Lyra Dawnbringer. She is suitable for this, but will raise the budget. Look her up.

I didn’t even consider Lyra Dawnbringer because I remembered her being $10. Apparently she’s dropped to $5 so that could work. That being said, in order to keep the curve low I’d swap out one of my more expensive cards, and they’re the angels she would be buffing. In a deck that’s only one third angels, and a lot of them at the top of the mana curve, I don’t think I’d run her. I could definitely be wrong though.

May you can add an Odric, Lunarch-Marschall to get that concerted effort - effect more continuously. He's even Budget.
Lone Rider is a very good budget Addition to this Kind of deck.

Force of Vigor might be good for the deck. It would buff your rather small creatures, is a combat trick and you have enough white cards to fuel it profitably. Squadron Hawk and the like are very good at that.
