Honestly... did you think of Splinter Twin + Intruder Alarm? Twin is one of the most popular decks in Modern.
With your Intruder Alarm, their Splinter Twin combos with every one of their creatures. Even Vendilion Clique (complete lock!), Snapcaster Mage, Scavenging Ooze or even Tarmogoyf.

The infinite mana doesn't work. The pili isn't blue so you cant tap it with the ability from the grand architect.

one of the other abilities of Grand Architect makes Pili-Pala blue for one blue mana

Bloodline Keeper+Intruder Alarm=Infinite Vampires. That is evil, I like it. Best combo I have seen in a while, but you might think about adding blasting station to just destroy an opponent in one turn.

Also I don't know if the first combo would work since the pili-pala requires two mana to untap and grand architect makes two mana. From my math, you spend a blue mana for grand architect ability, then use it on pili-pala tapping it for two mana, gain two mana, and cycle through. Whatever mana you gain from grand architect would cancel out with the pili-pala, unless I am missing something.
