Have you thought about replacing 4 Petitioners with 4 Minister of Inquiries? He's an advisor who will mill 3 cards for 1 energy, and can be tapped by the Petitioner later on.

Changed amounts:

One thing I noticed with this deck is it very reliant that the opponent has weak monsters.  This won't always be the case.
I had a mill deck (not on here) with an almost identical build on MTG Arena.
That deck has a low winrate.  I would replace 4 Persistent Petitioners with 4 Thought Collaspe.  Thought Collapse is a three cost instant, able to counter target spell and 3 mill at the same time.  Thought Collapse only runs ~$0.15 each.

I’ll add it but i’m not sure about removing 4 Persistent Petitioners for that because there would be too few.
Maybe I’ll change some other card. You have any suggestions?

.
I see how you say having less Persistent Petitioners at this rate would be too few.  Truthfully you could have some Thought Collapse on your sideboard for backup instead of the main deck.
