Hi, I posted a wimilar BW list on the facebook group. I really like the 20 land aspect ! At last someone understand the fact that we can lower the curve with stoneforge and charming prince.
I would play reflector mage if I was to play blue. Seems gas with all the flicker effect. I would play 4 blade splicer also. Maybe nos second sord but it's a personal preference.

Yeah, i read many about the Frank Karstens Landbase math so i think by this curve its ok to run 20-21 lands. I think Splicer as a 4 of is to much i wanna save it with the flicker effects and got my opp by let them pay 2+ for there spells and than counter that with a flicker effect. Reflector Mage looks decent and with many potential in these Flicker heavy list.
