Afaik Westvale Abbey won't work, since it always changes zones on top side (the land in this case).

Besides that, you could check the morph creatures, since they also change the zone face up, even if they die face down.

That's right, but the problem is that you need 5 creatures + 6 mana on the board in oder to use that sac outlet. If you want to keep it, flavour wise, it's fine, but I wouldn't rely on it.
