I think 4x Panharmonicon are a waste, they trigger only with Wild Wanderer. I think is way better with Journey of Discovery and Karametra's Acolyte for ramp

Furthermore, Journey of Discovery triggers Landfall ability two times if you have the mana to cast it (and you will)
