I'm 100% in agreement with Red_Wyrm on this one.
Both commanders are great and have similar game plans, but what they specialise in varies slightly. Tasigur helps to fill up the yard, and Muldrotha helps to keep it empty.
I'm personally a huge fan of Commander Vs and have seen Jeremy Noell talk about this deck many times, and he asked the same questions when Muldrotha came out, but ultimately decided to stick with Tasigur. His reasoning was that the decks focus was to cast
Villainous Wealth as many times as possible and for as big as possible and he thought Tasigur facilitated this better. Tasigur allows more graveyard manipulation in and has inbuilt recursion. The great thing about Tasigur is that his delve ability negates a lot of the downside of his recursion ability. You can cast him, removing everything but Wealth from you graveyard for his delve, then activate his mill/recur ability and will as often as not only have Wealth for legal targets.
I actually built a version myself that was budget friendly and I too chose Tasigur over Muldrotha. Here's a list in case you are interested:

As Red_Wyrm points out, most of the deck will look the same, the only real difference will be replacing certain common instants and sorceries with the same effect on permanents.
Rampant Growth becomes Sakura Tribe Eldar
You use things like
Mnemonic Wall and
Salvager of Secrets to get Wealth back.
Muldrotha offers a truly hideous amount of value and recursion. There is a reason it's the number 1 commander on EDHrec these days (now that they've only started looking over the last 2 years instead of all time. Sorry Atraxa). Get yourself a sac outlet (
Ashnod's Altar would be the best one here to give you more mana to pump into your wealth) and you can generate a cycle of sacrificing
Mnemonic Wall, recurring it with Muldrotha and bringing back Wealth. Every. Single. Turn. (Assuming you don't get Bojuka Bogged of course). There is definite potential there. I think generally a Muldrotha deck will likely be a little slower than a Tasigur deck, though certainly not enough that it prevents Muldortha being a viable option. The recursion value is real.
I hope this helps. Whoever you decide to stick in the command zone, this deck is a hell of a lot of fun. I hope you have as much fun with it as I do with mine. Good luck on your build man.
