Blinking Tax

This deck is meant to win in almost the longest way possible. Through tax cards you can prevent your opponents from attacking you, untap lands, and cast certain cards at certain times. the main win con in this deck other than frustration scooping is the splicers to create a bunch of 3/3 Golems and smash in. again assuming your opponents don't rage scoop.
