Looks like a fun and decent budget deck. Might I suggest you add
Scuzzback Marauders
, though? Since Grumgully removes their -1/-1, they basically become unkillable. You could even generate infinite red mana with
Skirk Prospector
, if you have a use for it...

Removed some weak/unsuitable cards and cards more suited to other decks.

please understand, I love Goblins and have a fun Krenko deck, but I don't get why you're not using more green in this if you have access to it
