Even if I might not get responded to, I’m still going to ask; if I blink clever impersonator, can I choose a new target or it remains the one it copied before ?

You can choose a new target. Keep in mind though you can't choose any of the other stuff you've blinked at the same time as a copy target, as they re-enter at the same time and so they're not settled on the battlefield when clever impersonator enters (e.g. if you blink clever impersonator and reflector mage with brago at the same time, you can't have clever impersonator copy reflector mage upon entering but you can choose anything else already out).
