Land Tax - Seems like an auto include in a deck that wants to draw into gas as the game goes on.
Sword of Feast and Famine - Pro Black is very nice. Discard is almost guaranteed. Untapping all lands is priceless. It was only a matter of time before I added this.
Sigarda's Aid - Cheating mana is broken. There are very few Turn 1 plays so being able to drop this to cheat a few costs every now and then seemed good. This is a flex slot.
Mask of Memory - Draws cards on each swing. Double strike = see 4, discard 2. Ultimately, +2 Card Advantage on DS. Also, I'm going more equipment heavy w/
Sigarda's Aid.
Side Board(ed):
Mana Tithe - Although clutch in specific circumstances, it's not consistent. It's a cute pet card but was filling up my hand due to, 1) a lack of white mana, and 2) open mana from my opponents.
Bandage: Replaced by [Mask of Memory]. Draw for draw, just in different form. White mana is the bane of this deck, running as little as possible. The less mana, the better. I could sub this swap with [Niveous Wisps].
Fire Diamond: I tend to
flood red mana. Also, forty cards are dedicated to mana / ramp (at this point) so cutting one isn't a big deal.
