mindslaver-academy ruins are actually the plan b, the deck try to put into the battlefield  orb of dreams and eon hub into the battlefield as fast as possible.

The First step Is cast orb of Dreams that cause permanent ti etb tapped then cast son hub can't untap them anymore.
You have a pseudo-upkeep with unwinding clock and try to win with jace

I was afraid that was where this was going. Eon Hub says players skip their UPKEEP STEP, not their untap step. So, anything like Phyrexian Arena won't trigger, but they will still untap and draw. This isn't a hard lock. It's just mild stax and upkeep skipping.
