Sliver Overlord

I'm more or less new to deck building, so please hit me with that feedback. Also this is super casual so my group doesn't care about banned cards or anything.

I think you have too many lands that enter the battlefield tapped (I think I counted 10). That is going to majorly slow you down.
This space for rent.

Unclaimed Territory is a solid tribal land that taps for all the colors for your slivers and comes in untapped.
I would like to suggest Kodama's Reach and its sister card Cultivate. Both fix your colors extremely well, ensure you hit your land drop, and enable a T4 Sliver Overlord if you so desire.
I would also consider the painlands (list of them here: https://scryfall.com/search?q=is%3Apainland) over the tapped lifegain lands. For the cost of a wee bit of life, you can have untapped duals. Most won't break your bank either.
