I'm just brewing, I have no idea if this works. I was actually more interested in the Serum Powder + Crackling Drake synergy! I'll keep that in mind even though it doesn't really work with the flying theme here.

Beacon Bolt could be cool, too. Runechanter's Pike would work with a bunch of smaller fliers. I need to think about this.

i have an idea you could maybe go for, but i dont know if its anything good. but you could have bag of holding in the deck, like 4 of them and then alot of self discarding like Jace's Archivist frantic search and then have drake haven to create a swarm of fliers, and you will gain instants and sorcerys in exile

I like your deck.
I don't like Serum powder in this deck.
Could be better getting an opt or some potent remouval or sweeper or something for artifacts or some Counter spell to protect your stuff, maybe dive down imo.

I don't think I like it anymore. Removal could work.

Opt is a good card but scrying won't fill up my grave too quickly (in fact, I'm not sure I like Serum Visions either).

For protection I think a better alternative would be Clout of the Dominus. It sticks, it's equally cheap, it pumps and it grants haste. Triple-y better, I'd say.

EDIT2: Went with Sleight of Hand and Thought Scour instead!

A month later: I added some self mill, a way of getting rid of extra lands (Magmatic Insight) and mainboarded Abrade. Preliminary playtesting has showed the most value card to be Cathartic Reunion, closely followed by Thought Scour. Compelling Argument has only been in the deck for a short while so I have no idea whether it works or not. I don't think it's anywhere near competitive but it's a fun deck to play at an LGS.

Six months later: added some of that Sweet Oblivion. Great for self-milling and exiling useless lands from the GY when escaping with it.
