JUnder Pressure

This is a -1/-1 counter deck I've been theorizing for a few months now, but have been unsure about what to keep in. One thing that's made this take longer than expected is being lead towards the possibility of running Thantis the Warweaver as the head instead of Sek'kuar Deathkeeper, which might cause too much of a shift from my original theme for the deck. Although I have been playing for about 7 years, I'm still working on becoming a good brewer. Any help would be appreciated.

I am aware I have no basic lands in this list at the time of posting, but at this point I'm simply interested in the other cards. I'll figure out the ratio of basics at a later date.
