Cartel is better than Falkenrath because shes a human. The +1/+1 counters don't mean much since i don't plan on swinging with her. I needed some type of land spot removal. I need a bit more card draw. I'm hoping with Devout Chaplain and Heliod's Intervention I have my bases covered.

I don't think I play my comanders enough for a decent Jirina token production. Recruiter adds some consistency to the point i feel i can drop one of my higher cmc sac outlets. She may come back for human value.
