My biggest problem is if your opponents would let you life long enough to get your creatures out, 1 commander is nice but if there is not enough defense you would just get swarmed i think.
Overall 12 creatures in 100 cards is a bit too less i think.

Tbh @TheHighstone I hadn't thought about budget much other than try to keep it low... If i was to really build this it'd be a deck without budget concerns... let me see
