Instead of costly plunder, you can take village rites from Core 21.
The wincon is coming with 1/1s again and again and again ... I guess.

yeah I think you are missing some graveyard filled, and some proper win condition (fear, intimidate, fying, etc.) you already have some boost so that is fine

For sure, pauper isn't "pauper" anymore. For competitive it won't work.
