Even for a tribal deck your are fully missing any interaction with your opponent and you are fully missing any card advantage. Try "Dusk Legion Zealoth", Oath of Kaya, Go for the throat,...
Alos work on your mana base... try some Shock and fetch lands and maybe scry temple....

I would recommend some card draw and removal.

For card draw : Sign in Blood, Night's Whisper, Revitalize or even some Tutors like Grim Tutor or Demonic Tutor.

For card removal : Mortify, Path to Exile, Anguished Unmaking

Also some cards for concideration : Orzhov Charm, Gatekeeper of Malakir, Bloodghast, Drana, Liberator of Malakir, Edgar Markov, Blood Artist

You might as well, as Monokel36 stated, overhaul your mana resources. Throw in some Godless Shrine's and maybe some Isolated Chapel / Concealed Courtyard.

Thanks for the advice mates, im thinking if its worth to keep de mardu arch, or go to monoblack or 2 colors comb.

I'm a big fan of the Orzhov Guild, but Mono Black would work out perfectly fine. You could also create seperate variations (Mardu, Orzhov and Mono B.) and compare them. In the end personal preference is key.
