I'd like to recommend Storm Herd over Darksteel Colossus. Karametra can ramp into Storm Herd pretty fast, and start picking off opponents with the army of Pegasi.

I made a Karametra deck out of precon bulk, and it definitely impressed as one of the few actual chances of winning a game. If you own a Colossus already it's likely still good enough though.

I guess Storm Herd is the better choice, you are right. It can finish cames on its own, whereas Colossus is merely a regular thread but unable to win on its own. I do not have a copy of Storm Herd available right now but maybe I can trade for it and put it in. Thanks for the nice suggestion!
