Deck List feature request: Sort cards by Type.

I love the deck list printing feature.  However, I'm wondering if the ability to sort the cards by type could be added.  Preferably with a blank line between types making it easier to read.

It took a while, but I have now added the option to sort the deck registration sheet by type! :)
