Hey there! I'm new to mtg being only 1 year (or so) I started playing. I have lot's of fun ideas for decks. question is... Are these viable?

Here is one of my favourite. A -1/-1 counter deck made to screw with opponent's creatures.
Win conditions are obelisk spider's effect and getting total control over the battlefield thanks to Necroskitter and Kulrath Knight.
Let me know what you think about it.
I appreciate any suggestion like "decks need more flying" or "more draw cards" etc etc.

Crumbling Ashes may be a good inclusion.
Also Scar is a better choice than Instill infection. Might be a good pseudo-pacifism along with Kulrath Knight.
