Tajic, of the Infinite Ranks

Hey guys, hello!! again I'm asking for tips to create a cheap and fun deck for a friend, this time, my objective is to bring my cousin to commander table!!!

the manabase may be messy, cause i'm focuse on nonland cards
so if you know other cards that make this deck great... advice me, please

OBS: other manarocks are some expensive in my country for a beginner, so i won't put now

I'm not a mod but you should really be doing EDH deck reviews in the EDH / Commander Deck Review part of the forum.
