Homebrew Commander:
King Leo, the Valiant

Vigilance, First Strike
King Leo, the Valiant comes into play with 3 -1/-1 counters on him.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a -1/-1 counter on King Leo.
Tap another White Creature you Control: Remove a -1/-1 counter from Kind Leo, if you do, draw a card.
Tap another White Creature you Control: Create a Treasure Token. Play this ability only if King Leo has no -1/-1 counters on him.
