Why play Hibernation's End? It's pretty expensive manawise. You play it and on the turn after you can only get a Boreal Druid with it and it costs you one mana.
So you have to wait two turns after it got cast and then it really does something for you, costing you more and more mana.
I would switch it for something that really helps your strategy.

Hello, and thank for the nice advice ! I think I will add a card to accelerate the deck. I think that growth spiral (a pretty good card !) can be a good addition to do this.
