Arjun is the commander of the Deck, like I said I before, I do not want to solely focused on drawing. I want to do the out value your opponents with cards that help with that. Izzet good value commander deck with Arjun as the commander. Good value as in cards like teferi's ageless insight, Talrand, Sky Summoner, Sunbird's Innovation, Young Pyromancer and, etc. I keep casting spells and keep getting value to the point where my opponents can not keep up with my massive board state and all the cards in drawing. Let's brew this deck!

so politely i'd say I don't know what is more value than having 80 cards in your hand. I also dont remember seeing much counter magic in your deck so if youre a new player i can understand if you have a more specific direction to go to.

I basically do not want a wheel deck.

I'm in understanding of what you dont want but im failing to understand what you do want. you have a three drop sorcery that deals damage equal to power which is at max 5 and you have a spell that doubles  creatures power which is at max ten. you have a saheeli and only 16 artifacts. Izzet is a powerhouse of card draw to allow you to do whatever nonsense you want to win. So you have to have a win condition in mind.

Card advantage, out-value, token generators, izzet good stuff.

If you don't want wheels, I'd go with another Izzet commander then. Arjun is not a great goodstuff commander and his chaotic ability is not a value engine. If he's your commander, your deck will be better if you actually use him beneficially by either weaponizing your frequent draws with a card like Psychosis Crawler, or going all-in on wheels and punishing the discard with Glint-Horn Buccaneer or Brallin, Skyshark Rider. Obstinate Familiar, Bag of Holding and Library of Leng are great in decks that require you to discard a lot.

you might be better served with a Jori En ruin diver as commander otherwise your payoff is a 6 drop 5/5 with flying. I love Arjun and all but he doesn't seem to fit what you're doing.
