i haven't got my hands on those yet but a buddy of mine has them and once i meet up with him they will be put in.  This is my first deck that i built so I'm pretty proud of the outcome that i have ATM lol

Lots of the "a deck can contain any number of" cards cost a decent amount. Most are common, but can fetch high pricess. Look at Persistent Petitioners. A common from RNA that you would have have a great chance at opening several from a booster box, but buying the 20+ you need for a deck sets you above the budget range. Shadowborn Apostle functions similarly. Point is, most cards like this form their own archtypes (nobody would call Shadowborn APostles a demon tribal,) but can be fun to play if your budget is high enough to include them.
