Along with the other 2 cards that mill (Tome Scour and the Merfolk Secretkeeper. I am not pretending to successfully mill the opponent.

I think it's a bit of a stretch to try to play Jace's Phantasm in this deck. You have 10 cards explicitely for it and they are not very synergistic with the rest of the deck (yes, it flips Delver of Secrets and triggers Thing in the Ice, but still). I would recommend you to consider Pteramander as extra copies of Delver of Secrets, Cryptic Serpent as a big beater that is hard to kill, Runechanter's Pike to close games quickly, Thought Scour to fuel either of them, also Think Twice synergizes pretty well with Thing in the Ice and is card advantage in installments

Thanks DanytheWarrior. I made a copy of the deck with your suggestions and it does seem better. I really like runechanter's pike!
