Combo-Time with:

Conspicuous Snoop, Boggart Harbinger, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Sling-Gang Lieutenant

The broken power of Conspicuous Snoop is unlocked by Boggart Harbinger, setting up the top of the deck with any Goblin. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker offers a broken ability to use, copying Conspicuous Snoop repeatedly to make infinite (tapped) copies. The final copy then targets Boggart Harbinger to find Sling-Gang Lieutenant, and sends all those tapped Goblins to the opponent's head and wins the game.

I would immediately drop 4 swamps and replace them with more red mana sources. Looking at the charts section the deck seems to be skewed to one side.
